When you join iTrust you’ll have a personal onboarding consultation with a member of the iTrust team. This is not a tick box exercise, its for us to understand more about your organisation, how you work and how your iTrust app can be customised to fit your business.

We will help you get the app set up, talk through how to introduce it to your team and give you the confidence to have the conversations that matter, whether that is with staff, volunteers, stakeholders or the people you serve.

To help you launch iTrust within your organisation, every membership includes a set of visual asset templates. Add your unique QR code (which we supply) and you are ready to go.

Put these posters on noticeboards, in changing rooms or on reception desks. Share them digitally through your internal communications or intranet. Wherever your audience is, iTrust can be there too.

Every iTrust member receives the iTrust certified badge to display on their website, communications and materials.

It is a public signal that your organisation welcomes honest feedback and is committed to listening and acting on it. A simple but powerful way to build trust with the people who matter to you.

Every membership includes a set of promotional lip balms to help you introduce the concept of speaking up via the iTrust app to your audience. Hand them out at events, share them with your team or leave them somewhere people will find them.
