The iTrust App

The iTrust App

Simple to set up. Simple to use. Powerful enough to make a real difference.

What is the iTrust App?

Every organisation has people with something important to say. iTrust makes sure they have somewhere safe to say it.

It is an instant feedback app and reporting platform, that can work for any organisation and any audience. Staff, students, guests, players, volunteers, anyone can share feedback, raise a concern or flag an issue in seconds, completely anonymously if they choose.

The result is real insight from the ground up. Not the feedback people think you want to hear but the honest kind that helps you build a safer, more inclusive environment for everyone.

All you have to do is listen and act. Trust follows.

How does iTrust work?

Getting started with iTrust is straightforward. Once you have subscribed, you will start with an onboarding consultation with the iTrust team. We help you set up your unique app profile, ready to share with your audience.

You choose the options that make sense for your organisation. Add your logo and tailor the app to reflect the way you work and the kind of feedback you want to capture.

When you are ready, all you need to do is share your unique link and QR code with the people you want to hear from.

From there, iTrust does the rest. Reports land in your inbox as and when people start sharing their feedback.

For the people using iTrust, it could not be simpler.

They scan a QR code or click a link and land on your organisation’s unique iTrust profile. From there they pick a category, type what they want to say and hit submit. That might be speaking up about a concern, reporting a near miss, sharing praise or suggesting a change depending on how the organisation has set it up.

No app to download. No account to create. No barriers.

If they choose to stay anonymous their identity is completely protected. If they want to include contact details or attach evidence they can. Either way their feedback reaches the right people instantly.

Protect Your Reputation

Reputation is not built on what you say about yourself. It is built on how you make people feel, and whether they believe you are genuinely listening.

Organisations that use iTrust are not just collecting feedback. They are demonstrating, in a visible and tangible way, that every person connected to them has a voice. That signal matters.

  • To employees who want to know you care.
  • To customers who want to feel valued.
  • To stakeholders who want to see that you take your duty of care seriously.

When people know there is always a channel open, always someone listening, and always a way to speak up without fear, trust follows.
